The hotel's rooms were larger than most European rooms but unfortunately smelled stale and were situated next to a service corridor, which was quite loud early. The service was generally helpful, especially when speaking Castellano, but there were instances of abruptness, like not acknowledging a requested late checkout. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station, buses, the river, Guggenheim, main station, tram stop, park, and many restaurants. The dining options provided a good selection, with fresh fruits and coffee, although nothing extravagant. The overall value for money was decent, but some areas could use improvement.
